Preston under Scar is a village and civil parish, in the heart of beautiful Wensleydale, 3 miles west of the market town of Leyburn in North Yorkshire. Located just outside the Yorkshire Dales National Park, most of the village, which comprises 85, mainly stone built 19th century houses with around 170 residents, lies within a Conservation Area.
